How do you know what workouts are right for you? There are many training videos out there, but unless you have something built custom just for YOU, then it may not be that effective.
I will design a custom home or gym workout plan based on answers to the questions I will give you. I like to work with 3, 4 or 5 day splits. We will decide together how many days a week you will be working out and what specific workouts are right for you! You can use this workout plan for 4 weeks or longer!
